Gujiya is a traditional Indian dessert prepared during the colorful festival of Holi. Also known as chandrakala, khova puri, gujia, gunjiya, guhara, mawa karanji, etc. It is a deep-fried dough filled with khoya/mawa, cashews, almonds, etc. Our gujiyas are prepared by an expert chef from traditional mithai manufacturer from Agra, the city of love.
