Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
2. Now add the chopped ginger and chopped green chilies and stir fry for a few seconds on low fire.
3. Add the ground tomato and the kasoori methi and cook for 20 min. Add more water if the gravy
dries up.
4. Now add the Roopak Chole Masala powder mixed with 1/2 cup water and salt and cook on a low flame for another 10 min or until the oil floats on top. Add the cooked channa and 1/4 cup water and cook on a low flame for another 10 min, until the gravy is thick .
5. Remove from flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chat masala
6. Serve hot with bhatura, roti, chapati or rice.
