1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onions, sauté them on medium flame until the onions turn soft. Now add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a couple of minutes or until the raw smell disappears. 
  2. Next add the ground tomatoes and sauté for 5 min, next add the meat masala powder, red chili powder, salt to taste, crumpled kasoori methi  and continue to sauté for another 5 min.
  3. Now add the meat pieces and brown them on an all sides, add the curds sauté for a min. 
  4. Next  add 1 1/2  cups of water and transfer the meat mixture to the pressure cooker and  pressure cook for 4 whistles and simmer for  10 min. Remove from flame.
  5. Serve hot with rice or Indian bread.
