1. Boil water in a pan with oil and salt and 2 tsp of the Nirapara's Pathiri Podi. Once the water boils, lower the flame, place the handle part of the wooden ladle into the water and add the flour/podi. Cover with lid and leave it for 2 min or until most of the flour is wet.
  2. Now stir with the wooden handle until the dough is well mixed. (about 1 to 2 min).
  3. Remove from flame and let it cool for 5 min. Now knead the dough with oiled palms to smoothen out the lumps if any.
  4. Make small balls, sprinkle some rice flour on the rolling board and roll out like chapathi.
  5. Heat a tava and cook the ari pathiris on it. Cook on both sides without using oil
Serving Suggestion

Serve with vegetable stew or mutton curry.
