1. Take Agrawal's Moong Bhajiya mix and add water to make a soft dough ( pakoda batter). See that there are no lumps. Set aside for 5 min. Meanwhile chop green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger and add to the batter.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying the vadas. When the oil is hot, on a medium flame, deep fry the vadas to golden brown.
  3. Remove from flame and drain the excess oil.
Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with fried green chilies.
