Method
  1. Take 1 measure of Adukale's Ragi Idli mix and with 1 1/2 measures of water and make a smooth batter without lumps.( Measure to suit your choice). Cover with lid and set aside for 10 min.
  2. Grease the idli moulds and heat the Idli cooker/Pressure cooker on medium flame with an inch of water . Pour 1 medium size ladle of batter on to each idli mould, stack the moulds and place them in the cooker.
  3. Steam the batter for 12 min.
  4. Remove from flame.
Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with fresh coriander or red chili coconut chutney , sambar, chutney powder
