Bhaderwahi Rajma
Extremely disappointed! After 18 hours soaking I found some beans looked different from other beans. Some were rock hard with no change in their texture After 45 minutes cooking the beans are disappointingly hard. Of course some beans are soft, most (70%) are hard!
We are an hour away from lunch time and the Rajma is a failure.

I think the sorting of the grain has not been done and immature beans are mixed with better ones. The picture your page carries is marketing, The consumer is looking at the end result and no lunch!
