Not very long ago, Moshe Shek started his restaurant on Cuffe Parade in Mumbai. He catered to palates that understood his mastery of cooking. His restaurant was known simply as Moshe. In no time at all, it became the place to eat at. People from the length and breadth of Mumbai made their way to taste the best cuisine made from fresh and natural ingredients. Soon, Moshe was baking batches of brownies and cookies that were being carried to the different parts of Mumbai and the country.
