1. Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add the cumin seeds. When the seeds starts to splutter, lower the flame and add the sliced onions. Stir fry for a few seconds.
  2. Next add the ginger garlic paste and stir until it starts sticking to the bottom of the pan and turns a light golden brown color. Now add the chopped tomatoes and stir fry for a min.
  3. Now add the drained basmati rice vegetables, mint leaves, and green chilies and stir fry till the rice grains don't stick to each other.
  4. Lastly add the salt, the Roopak's Biryani/pulao masala and one and a half cups of water and pressure cook until done( usually 3 whistles should do).
Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with mixed vegetable raita and some good pickles.
