Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin and saunf seeds. When the seeds starts to splutter, lower the flame and add the green chilies and ginger. Stir fry for a few seconds
  2. Now add the onions and cook for a couple of min and then add the cut capsicum, large green chili pieces and salt and stir fry on a low flame for a few min..
  3. Next add the kasoori methi and aamchur and cook on low flame for another 5 mins or until the vegetables are cooked yet crisp and firm..
  4. Lastly add the Joshi's Garam Masala and stir fry for a few seconds..
  5. Remove from flame.
Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with any Indian bread or toasted bread.
