1. Take 4 cups water and into the Dahi Vada mix (500gm)and gently mix the batter with a spoon. See that there are no lumps. Set aside for 15 min.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying the vadas. When the oil is hot turn to medium flame and deep fry the vadas to golden brown.
  3. Remove from flame and drain the excess oil.
  4. Now immerse the vadas in a pan of water for 10 min.
  5. Gently press each vada to drain excess water. Place in a serving bowl and pour beaten yogurt over it. Set aside for 20min.

Garnish with Sahiba chat masala, NB sweet chutney and NB mint chutney
