1. 1. Heat oil in a large pan. Add Mustard seeds, when they start to splutter add the curry leaves, cooked peas chopped capsicum and onions. Sauté them.
  2. Now add 2 ½ cups o water, Salt, Turmeric and let it come to a boil.
  3. Now add the Ace Iyengar’s Vangi Bath powder mixed with ¼ glass water.
  4. Now on a low flame add the roasted rava stirring continuously until there are no lumps. Close lid and cook for another 12 min on low flame. Stir once after 5 min.
  5. You can add 1 tsp ghee just before you remove the Vangi bath from the flame for a rich flavour ( optional).
Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with vegetable raita.
